Although that said, you are right on the edge of the normal healthy weight range for your height. If you wanna do yourself a favor literally just try eating healthily, not minding about not eating healthily sometimes, and go do some exercise. Don't take it to the extreme, do easy things consistently, and you'll probably lose weight as a side effect anyway.

oh, and btw 115 lbs is just under a healthy weight for a Caucasian woman of your height.
