I think the whole thing is aimed towards people who dye their hair bright blonde. I would be lying if I said most people who I have seen with dyed blonde hair are smart.

If you're so smart, why don't you just prove them wrong? If you have a decent vocabulary and can articulate your thoughts well you can make these silly people feel like idiots.
