Is it normal all i crave and typically eat is fast food?

I am a 31 year old guy. I am physically attractive and I look athletic and muscular still with nice skin.

All I really want to eat is take out. It's been this way as long as I can remember. Specifically Mcdonalds. I eat at Mcdonalds 5 days a week. I'm totally addicted.

I didn't eat fast food for a year when I was in rehab a couple years ago. I ate prepared meals every day and I didn't feel any better. No increase in motivation, energy or appearance.

Does anybody else live off of grease 70% of the time and feel just fine like me?

    I'm sure others live off of fast food too. Doesn't sound very healthy but if that's what you like go for it. Just don't over do it.

    If it weren't for a drive up window my wife would never eat. I cook good meals at home and she says they taste good, but she would rather eat at Taco Bell, Dairy Queen, McDonalds, or Jack in the Box. Really any window works for her. She budgets for it and everything.

    Yep, I'm fit and have clear skin too but eat a lot of fast food and I only feel bad mentally about it

    You're only 31 and in good health so it's not going to have as much of a noticeable effect on you as it would if you were older/less healthy. One day not so far away you will start to notice your body not working as well as it once did and the effects of poor choices will be more apparent. Hell, even making good choices start having less of an impact...I mean, I'm not saying it's a waste to try, not at all, but it's harder to turn things around once your body isn't in its prime anymore. I don't think this is coming out right, I'm bad at wordy crap. Basically you start falling apart and what once might have made you super healthy is now the bare minimum of what you need to do to just to stay alive and be even remotely healthy.
