  • What you are experiencing is the body going into what's called "Fight or Flight" mode. Basically your brain is registering that the body is in danger, even if there is no known threat of danger. You sweat, your heart races, time feels like it's in slow motion. . .You basically feel how u felt when u first got "stoned". I'm dealing with this as well so it is known to happen to quite a few individuals. If it has been 4 years & you still have signs of that panic attack, it might be time to arrange a one on one with a therapist. Hopefully they'll get a better understanding of what you're experiencing & be able to prescribe something to take the edge off. God Bless & hope u get better soon!
