Hm, i hear ya. Anyway, what i'm doing when i'm at a guys place:
I just don't care. If _HE_ runs to fetch me a towel or whatever, i use it. If he just rolls over, satisfied with the world and himself, i'll stay. HE just had a lot of fun, too, and it's HIS sperm leaking out of me. Never heard complaints, and if i did, i'd suggest them to wear a condom instead. More often than not, they'd not mind a little mess then, all of a sudden.
If the deed occurs in MY place, however, i have special blankets. Like, overday blankets old people usually place over their bed so it looks nice. It's like, wether it's lube, sweat, sperm, oil, wax or just morning coffee, i don't care. After we are all done, I'll just take the bundle and throw it into the washing machine. I usually have 3 or so at home, they last a suprisingly long time considering what they go through, they are available with different surface texture, too.
I'm also kind of a cuddler after sex, which is strange, since i usually have no feelings whatsoever for the guy, but right afterwards, i long for closeness, so i came up with that. I can't prevent making a mess when sperm leaks out of me, but i can change the environment in which this mess occurs :)
(Technically i can prevent it, but i didn't like the paper-towel-routine with optional toilet run much, either...)
