They make alot of money from other regions so it's not in their best interest to attack anyone, but if push came to shove they could turn the world into a sinkhole.
The US inspects other countries for illegal weaponry, they went to send reps to inspect China and guess what happened? They were told to fuck off, and guess what big bad America said "yes sir, sorry sir"
