Did you know that the prefrontal cortex of the human brain doesn't fully develop until the early twenties. That's the part of the brain that is responsible for emotion, impulse control, judgement and decision-making. So, how could a teenager, who's brain is not yet capable of the same rationalization as an adult brain, have a 100% consensual relationship with someone who does?
Is it normal: adults starting relationships with teenagers?
