BDSM is NOT like 50 shades. Women who have read that book and/or seen the movie have said that the man is an emotionally abusive stalker who relentlessly pursues the woman. BDSM has rules and one of the rules is that if someone DOES NOT WANT to do something, DO NOT DO IT. Christian Grey ignored her.
That being said, many women like rough sex. It is normal. It's a preference. There's nothing wrong with that.
