Your so called friend is probably just a creepy perv. You were totally right to be angry with him for his stupid, selfish request. Honestly, at this point it would probably be best for you to sever ties with this guy, because he's not a real friend. If he really liked you, and cared for you he wouldn't be as disrespectful as he's been. You're not into him anyway, so just forget about his jerk-wad ass and move on with your life.

I'm not trying to make this about me or anything, but you're certainly not alone on this bullshit. I had a very dear, straight, male best friend for 12 years when I was younger. Unfortunately, one day he told me what he wanted to do me on the phone despite the fact that I had always made it clear that we would never be more than platonic friends. I was actually married to my first ex-husband at the time so my so called male friend was not only disrespecting me, but disrespecting my spouse as well. I no longer felt comfortable around my friend, and I had to let him go. He said he was just joking, but the trust was gone.
