As we get older we have a larger pool of women that we find attractive. A twenty year old guy wouldn't normally be attracted to a 45 year old woman, but a 60 year old guy would, and he's still going to think the twenty year old girls look pretty hot. So, if you're a guy who enjoys looking at attractive women, it just gets better with age.
If you're interested in DOING something with women significantly younger than you most of the time it's not practical, especially if your interested in a LTR.
You are from different generations, different music, dances, social cultures, histories, etc.
A girl in her twenties is in her prime, and a guy a generation older is in his decline. He may not notice it yet, but even if they have a great sexual relationship, it isn't going to last long.
