Is it normal.. i'm 26 and have fallen for a girl who is 18

For about 4 months things have been getting pretty full on with me and my new girlfriend, she's amazing, she's funny, clever, really fucking hot, and she's just an all round keeper, there's only one thing which is bothering me is that shes 18 and I'm 26... most girls that age I would never go for, I've always set my limit 5 years younger than me max. But there's something about her, ive never felt so connected to a girlfriend before and I've had a few relationships! Just want to know what people think, I've made my mind up as theres no way i could let her go.. but just wanna hear your thoughts! :)

    you know what that's not a huge age difference, maybe it seems that way now but think like when you're 40 she will be 32. not a big deal. also maybe she's the kind of girl who enjoys the company of older guys. you have nothing to lose, go for it and have fun.

    Normal. I'm married and have a child with someone 19 years older than me.
    Your age gap with her is not a big age gap to me.

    It's legal, and the older you both get, the least your ages will seem so apart. So I think it's normal.

    I'm 33. My wife is now 26.

    To be honest, I think thst maybe there's something wrong with me. She's me tally going through the stages I've already been through. And it's irritating. But if you can get past that, it's just two adults in love.

    To be fair, I think the adult mind is more mature at around 24. So yeah, I do actually don't understand why you fall in love with an 18yr old. Has to be aggravating as shit. I mean, sexually, I understand the fun. But ,Anatoly like every day sitting around...nope.

    I got my girl when she was 23. And she was borderline about to be dropped.

    For me, I was in a transition phase. Out of relationship with son's mom. Dropped a few prosects..good fucks..but not worthy or unavailable for styling with. But I actively was searching. So...i chose the one that made the cut. Past all my tests...i guess I could say.

    But I was 30. I've been through all types of women. Like....a fucking lot. I couldn't imagine being 26 and settling with someone that young and inexperienced

      Each to there own. You shouldn't just automatically stereotype people of that age to be inexperienced and immature.. And shes met alot of my mates, they all thought she was 22, 23. Shes got a good job, shes got ambitions and she knows what she wants. More so than alot of the loosers commenting on my post.. anyways thanks for your feedback.. appreciated.

        Lmao. I wasn't insulting. And as much as we wish to believe different...the truth is...an 18yr old has only 18yrs of experience. There is a mindset so ilar to all 18yr olds. A 30yr old...has 30yrs of experience. Mindset similar to other 30yr olds.

        It's truth. And in your 26yrs, you're gonna see how she will go through a phase in mindset, that you've already been through. Now that could be good , funny, or bad. But it will happen and you will have to go through that phase again, because she is going through it the first time..but needs your help and guidance. But just like you didn't listen...so too will she be stubborn.

        Stereotyping is more like I'm saying all black people are the same. There s a difference. I'm generalizing. Not stereotyping. They are different. And they apply here.

        No matter how much more mature she is...she still hasn't lived your 26years yet. And have that much less experience in life. And therefore she will have to go through it to experience it. It's not insulting. It's truth.

        At 19 people thought I was 30. But even now, I can look back at 19 and see the phases from 19 to 30 thst I went through.

        Now....lets talk aboutnthe attitude. Calling people losers when you're the one asking about a girl that you obviously care about. But I guess couldn't have confidence in your own choice?

        And....the fact that I pretty much stated I'm doing exactly what you're doing. My girl is about 7yrs younger than me. I was just stating that in MY case she's in the phase I don't mind going through again. Mid 20s.the part where a person truly matures. Generally.

        IF you feel you should keep your lady..enoufh to defend as much her age...then you shouldn't even be on this site asking about it. Learn to tell the difference between insults and just noncompassionate speaking.

        I analyze what you ask, then answer based on that, my experience, others i know, and educated statements if I KNOW them and they apply to the situation. You shouldn't be easily offended
