I am 49 yrs. old. I was alone for a long time and now have a boyfriend and am very sexually active. I have a problem during sex of becoming very dry even though I orgasm several times. I prefer to not have to use lubricant every time. Is there something vit. Or min. Wise that i'am missing? What else could I do?

    Thank you for your suggestions. I have found a quick solution that helps. (squirting). Look up on you tube. Very interesting and feels great with a experienced partner.

    It's your age, as women get older it gets a lot harder to become lubricated naturally. If you're self concious about it slip some lube in in the toilet without your partner seeing.
