Is it normal..
Is it normal or rather common to be really motivated to make change in life and get things done right before bed for the next day and then waking up the next day only to stick to your old ways and waist away another day until night time rolls around again and you feel super ready to make change for tomorrow but then you just keep repeating?
i do get a lot of stuff done, there are changes id like to make, but i always seem more motivated right at the end of the day right before bed, i wake up and its like a restart in my thinking, i dont feel motivated to do the things i wanted to do until the end of the day when i feel bad about not doing it.
