Is it normal..

Is it normal or rather common to be really motivated to make change in life and get things done right before bed for the next day and then waking up the next day only to stick to your old ways and waist away another day until night time rolls around again and you feel super ready to make change for tomorrow but then you just keep repeating?

i do get a lot of stuff done, there are changes id like to make, but i always seem more motivated right at the end of the day right before bed, i wake up and its like a restart in my thinking, i dont feel motivated to do the things i wanted to do until the end of the day when i feel bad about not doing it.

    that is the way with me. i lay there in bed thinking about going to the gym, dancing, yoga anything to lose weight. when i wake up the next morning i am not wanting to be awake. i try to do as little as possible and end up either going to bed as soon as i can or watching tv

    Of course it's easier to feel motivated and make big plans at a time when you can't actually act on an of that.

    I go through stages where I make little lists of what I want to do the next day and sometimes I get them done and sometimes not, in which case I carry them over to the following day. It's fun to write things on the list that I've already done & cross them off.
