Hi, Ima girl and I have masterbated before. ( but who hasnt) but lately I have had the "urge" to do it pretty much every night. I also have been under a lot of stress. Can stress cause these "urges" im having? and if so does this mean I have some kind of sex addiction? Please help!

    And does it help to relieve you of the stress? If so, I dont see any problems. Just make sure that you dont spend all of your time wanking.
