  • It does sound a bit worrisome. The fact that you are so young and thin and still sort of obsessing about food. I think exercise and eating good food (sure vegan! whatever) is great. But, unless money is tight, you should make food something in your life that is at least fun, if not mildly enjoyable. Turning it into something to worry over seems a shame. Seems like you already have great will-power. Do you need to prove your will-power to yourself or something by limiting yourself so much? Why not explore food. Explore different cuisines! I regret all the years I wasted not knowing the joys of various other food cultures! Food is sort of like music in that way! So many different beautiful things to enjoy! Greek! Thai! French! Indian! Even if you are sticking to Vegan there is still tons of interesting foods! It's a sin to be frightened of food! I hate that sort of thing in our culture where people are all afraid of what they eat. It's like being afraid of strangers and missing all those opportunities you had in your life to visit and share smiles with so many people. Don't be a picky eater! Dive into food! It's a joyful thing like playing music is to musicians. (Just everything in moderation you know? Be healthy. But health is more connected to fun than to worry.)
