I obsess over my weight too. I constantly want to be thinner. I have to be careful what I eat... and I am always working out every day. I feel guilty when I eat. I hate it. I just wanna be super thin!! I'm 5'7" and feel like a big fat cow, weighing in at 135 lbs (I was 121 last fall), but I have lost 4 lbs in the past few weeks.
Is it nomral to obsess like this about being skinny?
