You should be honest with her and tell her how you feel, if she doesnt feel the same tell her that If you can still be friends if she says yes then good for you. but there could be the posibility that she would stop talking to you. On the other hand she could feel the same, if you used to like you before.... but at the end of it all if its not meant to be it just isnt meant to be so just move on if this doesnt work for you.
