Is it me or women of different races sound distinct?
Like you have the White girl voice the Black girl voice and the Latina voice etc, even if they try to sound different it's something that's there. is it just me that hears this?

Yes and no I live in a area that has a lot of black and white people(historically the area was majority white) it's still culturally white a lot of blacks Hispanics and Asians would come off as acting white. But it's something about the vocials and how they sound it's hard to explain.
Well sure, different cultures generally have different accents. Not always, but most of the time.
Someone like Riff Raff or the cash me ouside girl sound black when they're white and Wayne Brady and Brian Gumble sound white even though they're black.
yes and i imagine the differences in timbre are caused by minor physiological differences that evolved over time among different population groups.
Most likely just accents, but as everything else, voice is also chosen to some part by your genes, so different genes gives different voices.
