It's legal for men to do it, it's legal for women to do it so even if you hate on us it's still legal for us, and yes we can birth our own children in theory. There's a promising doctor doing a bunch of research and us heading down a strong path so we shall see. Otgerwise it's the standard sutgecicly implant the fetus and then c section for birth but who wants that. And yes we can lactate. So can men! There's a tribe in africa( I think) that the men do all the breadt feeding not the women
