Is it healthy to work out so much

i work out so much and ik i do my dad is very fat look at him on my profile i workout so much i have abs like bricks sticking out of my belly and my bicep it 6 inches should i workout less and is this healthy for me and i should keep working out?

  • It's good to work out and all but not too much, even without steroids you can build up the natural chemicals in your body that can shrink your penis and balls and can prevent reproduction. You should only work out about 30 minutes a day and not push it. I do timely workouts everyday even though my mom is like 40 pounds from reaching 400. -____- Don't work out too much, just take a break and chill.

  • first off are you on roids?
    it's good to keep yourself fit and in shape but over doing it can be harmful to your body so i would cut down a bit
