  • Go to a calorie calculator website (there's a ton of them). You can put your weight, age and height. It will tell you how many calories you need to maintain that weight, and different percentages off, if you are trying to lose weight. At your size, I think that is a little too quick to lose weight. You exercise for a long time too. You body needs a lot more calories for that amount of exercise. Good luck!
