  • As a yo-yo dieter myself I can day that statistically if you lose the weight fast you can gain it back easier than most. However you seem to have worked out a health plan that works for you. Now as for healthy... It's debatable. It's stated a person even trying to Lose weight should eat between 1600-1800 calories with an average person not trying to lose weight typically should have about 2400. Also your excersise time seems long in that it isn't recommend to do more than an hour of workout a day. However if your working on it safely while working out, drinking lots of fluid, and maintaining a healthy food intake you are doing just fine. Oh and good work on what you have done.
