Is it healthy that i just lost 25 pounds in 2 months?

Is this okay or should I go slower? I exercise 3 hours 5 days a week and 30 minutes the other 2 days of the week.

I eat under 1,200 calories a day and I usually eat 1,600.

Is this okay or should I stop?
I was originally a size 9 in pants which is medium, but I gained some over the years which led me to a size 11 in most and sometimes a 13. so I went to lose weight the last few months and I am now 25.5 pounds lighter and a size 9 again. Is this bad for me? Will I gain it back?

My goal is to lose another 10 pounds and thats it. Should I go with it or stop now?

I wanted to lose the remaining 10 by the end of may. You think this will happen for me?

Also, after I get down to size 7, Im going to only exercise 1 hour every other day. Is this okay?

Go to "Living Strong/My Daily Plate" it's a free website ( there is a paid one too ) and you can input all of your stats, what your goals are, and keep a food diary. This will aid you in a healthy way to loose or gain weight. Please be careful. Rapid weight loss is ok, but what about your muscles and skin tone? Protein is very important and water intake. Don't become Anorexic, which is the direction you are headed..

Don't look at it as a diet or a fix. To be successful you need to make it a lifestyle change

Go to a calorie calculator website (there's a ton of them). You can put your weight, age and height. It will tell you how many calories you need to maintain that weight, and different percentages off, if you are trying to lose weight. At your size, I think that is a little too quick to lose weight. You exercise for a long time too. You body needs a lot more calories for that amount of exercise. Good luck!

As a yo-yo dieter myself I can day that statistically if you lose the weight fast you can gain it back easier than most. However you seem to have worked out a health plan that works for you. Now as for healthy... It's debatable. It's stated a person even trying to Lose weight should eat between 1600-1800 calories with an average person not trying to lose weight typically should have about 2400. Also your excersise time seems long in that it isn't recommend to do more than an hour of workout a day. However if your working on it safely while working out, drinking lots of fluid, and maintaining a healthy food intake you are doing just fine. Oh and good work on what you have done.
