Is it healthy/normal to drink my period blood and eat my uterus lining?

I suck the blood from my tampon or pad, sometimes my toilet paper. I pick out the uterus lining and eat it first. Sometimes I finger myself and lick off the blood.....IM SORRY. Yes I actually do this. I know its gross and Im not proud of it. Just want to know if this will like kill me or if other people do it. Try not to bully me.

    I'm sitting here eating chips with tomato sauce. Thought it would put me off eating. Didn't. I think it is so gross that my mind blocked it out and hid it deep.

      I guess I just got curious? I had an urge to do it one day and didnt see why I had to stop if I did it privately. Its embarrassing though :(
