Is it gay that my friend said he would date me if i was a girl?

So, i was talking with a friend and he brought that up.

I thought it was pretty gay.

You can dress pretty and be his G/F in a way. Find out what he likes to see women wear, and maybe entertain accordingly best you can.

It sounds weird I am sure but the older you get, the less it becomes about "gay or straight" and more about "consenting adults having fun behind closed doors".

Depends if you're joking about it or saying it in a utterly serious kind of way while looking deep into each others eyes and holding hands... that'd be hella gay!

Me and my best friend joked around a couple of times about if either one of us would've been a girl or if we were gay we'd pound eachother, but that's just a little bit of our fucked up humor. ^^

  But yeah, after that akward moment we laughed and brushed it off.
  
  To add less gayness to the topic, we were talking about stuff we enjoyed, like music, philosophy... It was a pretty serious talk.
  
  Buuuut then to add more gayness, when he said he would date me, he said he would no matter what, but like really, really confident, had to ask him twice to get it clear.

Neither. I'd just say queer.

There's one gay guy who I'm close colleagues and good friends with. If I'd been assigned male at birth... I TOTALLY would. He's gorgeous.

And there's another "straight-queer" guy I'm friends with. I often end up wishing I had a dick (either as a cis man or trans woman) or that I passed better as a cis woman.

If my friend said that however (after relaying that I thought that was pretty freaking gay). Because its 2018 and im super woke progressive 9000. I would say yeah i'd marry you then take half your shit and ruin your life.
