I read almost exclusively gay fanfics about girlxgirl or guyxguy. I watch cosplay videos with those ships. Much of these videos are females cosplaying as males. Also I'm super turned on by cosplaying. I don't fit the gender norms in any way. I follow several gay twitter channels and I hate everyone I date but I keep trying hoping one day I'll feel something. I also often end up with a ton of gay friends. For this reason I tend to set off a lot of people's gaydar including gay people.

    This stuff is definitely normal, and not exclusively gay. Actions and interests themselves aren't "gay" unless it genuinely involves your sexuality. You can be interested in things involving gay stuff without it or you (not going to assume your sexuality, since you haven't actually specified) actually being gay. So I'd honestly say no, it's not gay to be into this stuff.

      Overall, the minority of sexual experiences are homosexual. There's no disputing that. It's a scientific fact. However, it's a reliably steady, measurable fact throughout the animal kingdom. The phenomenon is normal. And you're intentionally being abusive to people you don't know because the remote anonymity of the internet allows you to compensate for insecurities about your lack of control over your actual life. I get it, but it doesn't make you normal. Other people have stress and insecurities. When they can't handle their shit, they talk about how they feel because they know their feelings are not more important than other people's right to not be fucked with. Stop being a shitty human.

        I think many use common and normal interchangeably. In psychology we use normal to mean not damaging to self, others or society as a whole. For example pedophilea is extremely common and there are several report of rape cases. However despite it being so common we don't consider it normal behavior in most countries in the world. We also often frown on anyone under 18 dating anyone over it or at least having a large age gap between 17 and up.
