It's "gay", only if it's a merry, exuberant, lively, or licentious song.
Definition of gay
1 a : happily excited : merry <in a gay mood>
b : keenly alive and exuberant : having or inducing high spirits <a bird's gay spring song>
2 a : bright, lively <gay sunny meadows>
b : brilliant in color
3 : given to social pleasures; also : licentious

*Don't go to Big Gay Al's, 'Big Gay Song Factory'. Don't go there cupcake! Don't go there.
Definitely not, how on earth you have such view? Gay are only men sexually attracted to other men, if you are not you definitely are not gay. Most of us love females celebrities, especially singers for their amazing looks and voice. Taylor Swift is one of my biggest crush ever not only for her beauty but how lovely her singing voice is...
I don't see why they would be, I know straight guys who like those bands.
Personally, I don't care for those bands, my Female band jams are more Joan Jet and the Black hearts, Heart, Fleetwood Mac (w/Christie McVie or Stevie Nicks on vocals), Jefferson Starship (Grace Slick Vocals), and The Cranberries.
Sexual wise, I'm consider myself about a 2.5 on the Kinsey Scale (Bi-Opposite sex preference)
It's only gay if you like listening to mindless pop music that "artists" produce to only make money. So it would be extremely gay to listen to anything by Taylor Swift, who happens to be practically the definition of a total sellout. I do enjoy Zara Larsson's stuff though, not all of her songs are great but you can tell that it all comes from the heart, and when she comes out with something really good it kind of automatically becomes a modern classic, in my opinion.
