  • I think the best advice I've ever heard for anyone who wants to lose weight is "eat less". After all, what are you trying to get rid of? Fat. Where does fat come from? The food you eat.

    Unlike many people, I have lost weight over the lockdown, despite having a relatively sedentary lifestyle. I think that it's simply because I have been eating less; in fact, I've been exercising less as well, but that hasn't stopped me from losing weight. I feel like most people get too caught up on the "exercise" part, and don't just stop to think, "Maybe there's a way to do this more efficiently." If you limit the you take in, you limit the number of calories you have to burn to start losing weight.
