I am. Lift weights one day, Jodo the next. Wrestle one day, Jujitsu the next. MMA one day, Full contact sparing the next.
I think there's something physically wrong with me as to where I can't lose weight unless I starve myself for weeks (& even then i'll only lose about 5/7lb's) But at lest the good side to it is I lose muscle as slowly as I do fat so that's a plus.
Is it easy to get in shape?

Consistency is the key man. Im telling you. Not every workout has to be a gut buster but you need to be doing something everyday!

Maybe you have a hormonal issue, you should get that checked unless you're just on a horrible diet.

Will ruptured testicles do that? I do have a thyroid problem but I doubt that would affect my weight loss that much.
Well, to lose weight you also need a good diet
Have you tried intermittent fasting as well?
