I lost 30 pounds in two months as well. I wasn't eating that well before that, though, so eh.
I used an app called MyFitnessPal to track calories and generally eat the amount of calories I should minus some.
The running 7 days a week and lifting weights 6 days is definitely what does it for you. You're lucky you can stand it; many can't.
The consistency part is hard as well. It may be easy for you, but that doesn't mean it is for everyone else. Just because you have success with something doesn't mean everyone else does, or that everyone else is lazy and you're better than them.
