Context is everything, but I wouldn't consider it cheating if it were a one-time thing and if he did it with a total stranger. So I probably wouldn't break up with him just for that one incident, BUT it does raise some red flags and I really think the two of you should talk about it, especially if it makes you uncomfortable.
