'The customer is always right'. It doesn't matter if you are serving a $3.00 coffee or captaining a boat leased out at 20k a day; people can just be shitty. I really don't think you should be in any position to deal with people if you can not put up with the shit they choose to lay on you. I'm not saying that it's right for customers to be rude to servers and the like, but that is human nature.
