Yeah but, in those movies and TV shows those scenes where women get punched aren't under a sexual context. to think about a woman getting punched in the stomach and getting aroused by it is different. I'll use your analogy here. Thinking about sleeping with your sibling, doesn't necessarily mean you want to commit incest, you are correct. However, getting aroused by the thought of it probably does mean that you want to commit incest.
