Alright walking around shirtless is something some people do but its not really appropriate to do all the time. Some people might say something even if you are the sexiest fucker on the planet. This is basic etiquette. I have seen this before and I did not complain but every-time I see it I find it kind of strange. Ever notice that little sign in the store that says "No shirt, no shoes, no service?"
