I think you have paranoia, but she is also contibuting. It is probs not as bad as you think, half the stuff we all go through is like that, but talk to her about it, if you beleive things have improved, then its probs not paranoia, if after all of the talks it still feels the same or even worse, see your GP and if he gives you medication take it and see if you feel better, if after all of that you still feel like this, then idk wtf you should do.
