The short answer is no. Sinning in a dream is not a sin (and i say this because i can tell you are religious) but you aren't physically committing the sin. May i ask what the sin was exactly so i can better address your question?
I was raised Catholic but i no longer share that faith. I've been agnostic for more than a decade now. I don't recall off hand if masturbation is considered a sin but granted I haven't picked up a Bible for years. When i left and my age leveled up. I started to create my moral and ethical code. For example, I do not believe in killing unless its to protect myself and defend others. I believe in live and let live. I think it's important for people to create, develop and practice their own moral and ethical behaviors. I think it gives you better strength and mastery over yourself because you know your strengths and limits. You need to decide what you believe is right and wrong. The people who wrote the Bible had theres and believe you should follow them because they believed "God" inspired or told them too. but i feel like that's putting words into a deities 'mouth'. I believe live your life to the best of your abilities and enjoy life. Im little under the weather, I'll come back to this later and if you have further questions. I'll answer them then

The sad thing about our society today for many Christians like me is the growing amount of hatred against immigrants, refugees, the poor, etc caused by the Extremist Conservative Christians in our nation today as well as the corruption that spreads. I do believe that God is real and I love him and I don't believe in the radical right conservative Christians that are spreading lies against the many different ethnicity and racial groups in the US today. I agree that we should think about what's right or wrong along with our religious beliefs. ^^^This is my opinion currently about what's happening around us
