It's better than leading her on and the reality is that having a FWB is a complicated thing in itself sometimes people catch feelings, I think it would be better to have a 1 night stand with a stranger even if its putting me at risk of STDs (well easy: wear a condom haha) rather that than a character acting like a crazy ex whom I haven't even actually dated lmao
