  • the numbness that your feeling is most like ly due to your anxiety disorder. hyperventilation is a common sourc eof tingling all over the body or in random spots . it can last for days . you mus t not b e on the right medication . when you feel tingly allover take a paper bag and breathe into it till the tingling stops. this will help your body to control the properflow of carbons. having a headache is normal with constant anxiety . you may not even know that you are hyperventilating .
if we think rationally about how the body works, you can see that your symptoms are not a serious health concern. for instance if you had tingling and numbness in your head that did not progress to worse symptoms ie blurred vison , slurrred speech. then you know you didnt ahve a stroke even a mini one. if you have numbness in your toes and left arm lets say you know your not having a stroke as the symptoms would appear on t he same side of the body for a stroke. i would rcommend you ask the doctor for a antidepressant and an antianxiety pill . celexa is a good antidepressant and clonazepam is a good antianxiety with low addiction properties. expec tsome normal side effects , from these. including upset stomach . nausea etc like all drugs they have side effects although they are usually mild.if you are already on medication please ask the doctor to switch it or include anotehr drug in the mix .
