    I've heard there are places in Spain where the butcher shops openly display pig carcasses, and personally I think we need to start doing that in the United States there's a certain quaintness about it that appeals to my sensibilities.

        Sounds delicious! I had some jalapeño poppers this weekend, I don't think they necessarily agreed with my colon, but my God they were delicious!

        I know that's right! I don't eat a lot of pork, but that's not because I think they're dirty, but rather because I know that pigs are intelligent animals not dissimilar to dogs.
