Is it normal that i wear my older sisters panties and shorts or gym leggings as they are more comfortable than men's boxers or trousers and also they turn me on

    A fair number of men are turned on by wearing women's clothing. So that's normal. There's a incestuous undertone here, though you probs took her clothes because of their availability.

    Anyway, the real issue is that you're a douche for taking her stuff, unless you asked to borrow them.

    Pretty much as long as you are not stealing clothes, and you are not hanging out by the women's dressing rooms then you should be good. HOWEVER I think you should tell your sister. That is unless she already knows. But 30+years ago my younger sister (11 yrs younger) was very vocal about I should be me and wear whatever I feel like. She was very supportive. Now your sister might also notice her things gone thru and some not there when she didn't wear them. She might even help you get your own things. So then you can stop leaving slid marks in her panties.
