    at 14 my friend has a 7 inch penis so I would say yes.

    Totally normal, my ex at the time had a penis about that size. At the very least it was bigger than what I had expected.

      Was it 7" when he was 14? I once measured mine at that age as I was told that I had the biggest in my class. I measured it with my 6" ruler out of my pencil case, it was bigger than the ruler so I got a measuring tape and fully stretched came to 9" which to me was enormous
