Is is normal that usps screws up deliveries?

I am a Customer Service Representative in Amazon.com and I always receive calls from customers about their packages that are undeliverable because of the incorrect address (even though there is no address issues), lost packages, damaged items, etc. On top of that, people on local post office are rude.

Is It Normal?

    Pfft. That's nothing. We have a courier company that graffitis the house if no one answers the door. Just cos.

    Yes it's normal to be annoyed at them. I get wrong packages delivered to me multiple times a year. I actually go out of my way to give it to the correct person and people call me dumb for doing that. lol

    FUCK yeah it's normal for the postal fucks to screw up... It is a goat agency after all
