  • No this is not normal! Look, it's 1 thing to want to gain weight in terms of getting fit (i.e. weight lifting) & eating healthy will cause you to get that weight, but if you just want to get Fat, then there's something wrong with that picture. Society gives us a false image of what looks right & what doesn't look right, if you want to get some weight on you, make a plan to start working out. Or if you're working out, increase your workouts by 30%, intake protein shakes with fresh fruit & change your diet. You'll gain weight but it'll be muscle. Hope that helps.
