As a female that´s close to 186 cm (about 6 ft I think) I don´t get attracted to guys shorter than me, at least not much shorter. A few centimeters works but not more. There´s guys that only reaches to my breasts that has expressed interest in me and ...yeah no. I would rather not do it.
So to put it briefly; Perfectly understandable for a guy to want his girl to be shorter than him.
As a female; Normal to want her guy to at least not be shorter than her xD
