    Depends. If your partner a vampire or a witch/wizard? If so, watch out, they will consider it cheating.

    Muggles tend to call such encounters "sex dreams" and don't see it as cheating.

    The next thing that he will be telling you is that he considers it cheating if you self pleasure yourself with your own fingers or toys. Seems that he's the one with the problem.
