Is female ejaculation, a.k.a squiting, real?

  • It is definitely a real thing.

The first time I had sex with my wife, she said in an embarrassed way, "Um, I think I ought to warn you that I can get kinda wet." Not understanding what she meant, I told her that was fine, and expected that her vagina would be well-lubricated - which was a good thing, as far as I was concerned.

She then proceeded to drench me and make a huge wet-spot on the bed while in cowgirl position, and I got what she meant.

Later, I figured out that the technique that invariably made her squirt was patting the area of her clitoris firmly with a tempo as fast as my hand could go. Not slaps, really, but harder than little taps. If she's already had an orgasm or two, it doesn't take long before she sprays, and she'll do it again and again if I give her a minute or so to recover after each orgasm.

It's not something she's proud of being able to do, and she definitely doesn't do it for my benefit. In fact, she's still a little embarrassed about it. As far as I can recall, she wasn't even aware that squirting was a thing that some women did when we met. (This was about eleven years ago. I'd heard of it, but I'm pretty sure it only went mainstream porn after that.)

I've never asked her if the orgasms she has when she squirts are particularly intense or different from her non-squirting orgasms (she can be a little prudish at times, and how the hell do you compare orgasms anyway?), but she doesn't stop me from patting her pussy, and it gets her off quick and repeatedly, so it looks to me like it's enjoyable.

Some people claim that it's just urine, but what my wife produces certainly doesn't smell like pee, it definitely isn't yellow, and it doesn't stain white sheets.
