lets say you whant your child to have blond hair and grean eyes but you have brown hair and blue eyes is it fine to try to seak a wife with blond hair and green eyes as to shape the family trees genes.

The best way would be to make as many babies as possible and throw out the ones you don't like
I don't see anything wrong with what you're talking about with regard to choosing a partner with the features you would like for a potential son, or daughter to have. I voted for, "don't we already do that". I do want to say that you should look for more in a potential partner than physical beauty. You need to look for a partner with whom you share common interests, and general compatibility as well as mutual attraction.
I also want to encourage you to proofread your future posts. I hope that English isn't your native tongue, because your spelling isn't very good at all.
I'll have to adopt and that's the closest thing to choosing your kids than most people get. It's a 50/50 to get a Male child. If you adopt it goes to 100%. Though I have no interest in adopting kids over the age of 5. After 5 kids have a semblance of their last parent and since they are getting adopted that home was not a good influence. Not saying the kid couldn't turn out as a good egg but various examples have shown that is a rarity and I rather hedge my bets.

I don't know much about genetics, but what little I do know leads me to believe that you can't predict a child's appearance merely by checking out what the potential parents look like.
I find it disturbing that you're so focussed on appearance and I hope that unless you grow up you don't in fact have any children.
Its normal to me. I was concerned abit with my wife because her dads side is really short. Oh well..
