Vegetarians hit no because..? We can be vegetarian but still think it's normal to be vegan. I don't think it's normal to be a dick about it so I went with that.
normal as in majority? no
normal as in theres still lotsa people who do it? yep
normal as in a disproportionate amounta vegan peoples is obnoxious bout it? yep
ive stayed with peoples who ate like that and they cooked well and the food were ok aside from fuckin tofu which i refuse but i was ALWAYS hungry except for 15 minutes or so after a meal
no thanks
I'm fine with veganism as well as vegetarianism as long as people don't give me shit about what I choose to eat! I used to know a vegetarian/pescatarian chick who would annoy me a lot. It wasn't so much that she was über preachy to me, but she was always giving me her stupid opinions and making faces. I remember once a bunch of us went out to eat, and ya'll know I had to have some rare steak, and this chick had to tell me how gross she thought it was, then punctuate her opinion with a stupid facial expression. You know I wanted to smack a bitch!
It's fine to be a vegan or vegetarian, but please keep your ideas and opinions about my diet to yo damn self!
On the other hand I have a cousin who is vegan, and the wife of another cousin who is also vegan, and they are very polite. We went to an Asian restaurant, and I had a lovely time, because they were not condescending, rude or insulting.
I know two vegans. One of them became an idiot and obnoxious, and it's not even about being vegan.
The other became a psychopath.
Veganism harms the brain.
Completely normal your helping to save the animals from cruelty and abuse and your helping to save the planet. I think eating anything or drinking anything from an animal is retarded and cruel and inhumane same as wearing dead animal furs and skins
Oh yeah! Sometimes it feels like everybody is trying to sell something. Everything religion, politics, philosophy and other less interesting things too. I figure if I mention something to someone once or twice, and the person isn't interested then it's something I need to leave be. I wish I had $100 for every time some people repeat themselves about what they think I should be doing, yanno?
I just think she's rude. The simple solution is to all of this is to not be looking at my food. If a person doesn't like meat they probably shouldn't be staring at my delicious rare steak. At the very least she shouldn't say anything, because I don't recall asking her for her opinion.
