Is being so jealous normal?

    Unfortunately as ugly as the behavior is, it's normal.

    It has something to do with all the celebrity magazines shouting at young girls "You MUST be this attractive to have a happy and fulfilled life". I wonder if women in 3rd world countries who haven't been exposed to our social standards have the same problems with jealousy?
