The women who have "curves" and wear tight, clinging, show too much skin clothes, are in denial, They think they look sexy. Guys that have flabby bellys and pull their belts tight around the middle so that there is all that under the belt pooch, gross me out too. I'm no model, but I try to dress appropriately.
